Reclaiming Your Worth through Meditation

Dedicated to my trans, non-binary, and intersex friends and family.

During challenging times, one of the most important things we can do is stay connected to our inherent worth. When we are bombarded with negative messages from the world around us—messages that seek to diminish, exclude, or invalidate—it’s easy to start internalizing those harmful narratives. Over time, they can chip away at our sense of self and make it difficult to hold onto the truth of who we are.

Taking intentional time and space each day to reconnect with our value is one antidote to these messages. It’s an act of self-care, resilience, and defiance to pause, breathe, and remember: we are worthy simply because we exist.

This truth is especially vital for those of us in the trans, non-binary, and intersex communities. We live in a world that can feel hostile and unwelcoming, but our identities, our experiences, and our very lives matter deeply. Each of us carries a unique light, and it’s important to nurture that light even in the face of adversity.

I created this meditation as a way to remind us of our value and to share love and care with my community. It’s a gentle, guided practice designed to help you quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your inner truth. This meditation is not about fixing or changing yourself—it’s about honoring and celebrating who you already are.

I hope this meditation serves as a reminder that you are not alone. You are seen. You are valued. You are loved. And most importantly, you are enough—just as you are.

Take a few moments today to sit with yourself, breathe deeply, and listen to this meditation. Whether you use it to start your day, find calm in the middle of chaos, or unwind before sleep, I hope it offers you a sense of peace and renewal.

Let this be a small act of resistance to a world that tries to tell us otherwise: you are worthy. Always.
